Wolf River Whitetails

---

After the Harvest

Once you have successfully harvested your trophy, the Wolf River Whitetails team will assist with the initial care of your animal so you can focus on enjoying the experience.

Our team will clean your harvest and, when needed, debone the meat to help prepare it for travel.

Meat Transportation

If you are driving to Wolf River Whitetails, we strongly recommend bringing enough coolers to safely transport your meat home.

Wolf River Whitetails will provide the required transport tags for your harvested meat before you leave camp.

If you are flying in and do not have a way to transport the meat, you may request that your meat be donated for camp use or donated to a local charity when available.

Wolf River Whitetails is not responsible for transporting, shipping, or delivering meat after your hunt. Hunters are responsible for making their own arrangements for transporting their harvested meat.

Antlers, Capes & Taxidermy

Wolf River Whitetails has a taxidermist available for hunters who would like assistance with their trophy. If you choose to use our recommended taxidermist, our team can help coordinate that portion of the process for you.

If you plan to use your own taxidermist, please make arrangements ahead of time for the transportation or shipping of your antlers, cape, or completed trophy.

Wolf River Whitetails is not responsible for transporting or shipping antlers, capes, mounts, or other trophy materials unless arrangements have been made separately with the taxidermist or another transportation provider.

If you need recommendations for taxidermy, meat transportation, coolers, shipping options, or other post-hunt arrangements, please speak with the Wolf River team before your hunt. We will be happy to help you prepare.

Our goal is to make your entire Wolf River Whitetails experience — from arrival through harvest — as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
